Do you offer personalized jewelry?

Yes. Our signature pieces are designed to preserve what matters most — including children’s artwork, handwritten messages, names, initials, and meaningful dates. Each personalized piece is precision engraved and crafted specifically for you.

How long does shipping take?

Ready-to-ship pieces are processed within 3–5 business days. Personalized heirlooms require additional craftsmanship time and ship within 7–10 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

What materials do you use?

We use premium stainless steel and gold-plated finishes selected for durability, water resistance, and everyday wear. Our materials are hypoallergenic and designed to maintain their structure and shine over time.

Can I return my jewelry?

Non-personalized pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging. Because personalized heirlooms are made specifically for you, custom engraved pieces are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International expansion is planned as Inner Ziva continues to grow.
