Shipping

Every Inner Ziva piece is made individually after your order is placed — it is not mass-produced or drop-shipped. Because each piece is crafted specifically for you, please allow 5–7 business days for production and dispatch.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking details. All U.S. orders include free tracked shipping.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is planned as Inner Ziva continues to grow.


Returns & Exchanges

Because every Inner Ziva piece is made individually for you after your order is placed, personalised and engraved pieces are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom-engraved items.

If your piece arrives damaged or with an error on our part, please contact us at support@innerziva.com within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece. If something is not right, we will make it right.
