Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your return is approved due to defect or error on our part, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Custom & Personalized Jewelry
Each personalized or engraved piece is made specifically for you.
Because of this, custom and personalized items are final sale, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This includes:

Any made-to-order item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@innerziva.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Photos may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
