When will my order ship?

Every Inner Ziva piece is made individually after your order is placed. Please allow 5–7 business days for production and dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email with full tracking details once your order ships.

How long does shipping take once my order has shipped?

Once dispatched, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days. All orders include free tracked shipping. Occasionally, carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or high-volume periods may affect delivery times — we appreciate your patience when this happens.

Can I cancel my order?

Because production begins promptly after your order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. To cancel, email us at hello@innerziva.com with the subject line "Cancel — Order #[your number]" and we'll take care of it right away.

Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what do I do?

Please email us at hello@innerziva.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. We can update your address within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, the order may already be in production or dispatch and we cannot guarantee a change.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry — that's not the experience we want for you. Please email hello@innerziva.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.
